Order Processing, Cancellations, & Changes
All orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process. This is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays; however, during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.
We understand things happen. Once placed, requests to edit or change your order will be considered; however, we cannot fulfill these requests if your order has already been processed for shipment. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
US, US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii Orders:
Yêu Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged please contact us within 7 days from the last scanned date. All issues must be resolved within 14 business days of original contact.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Yêu Lashes is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Aurora Lashes has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
Due to the novel COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently not accepting returns at this time. We are developing potential solutions and better options for our customers, and want to ensure the health and well-being of all involved.
However, if you experience any problems with our products, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will work to find a solution for customers on an individual basis.
Discounts & Promotions
Customers are responsible for inputting all discount codes and promotion codes at the time of checkout. To protect the privacy of our customers, we will not be able to manually apply discounts once orders have been placed.
Only one (1) discount code is valid to use per order. Discounts and promotions cannot be stacked unless otherwise stated.
